Processing Time

Most orders will be shipped the next business day.


Ship your order with Royal Mail 1st Class (£3.99) or 2nd Class (£3.19).

Refunds and Replacements

Contact us within 14 days of receipt to return your order. 


Under typical circumstances, orders will be shipped, at the latest, the next business day.

 If you pay via PayPal, we reserve the right to dispatch after the payment has been reviewed and processed. This usually takes a few hours; however, it may, in rare cases, take longer.

We only deliver to the mainland UK, excluding channel islands.

We provide two shipping options:

  • Standard - (Starts at £3.19) Royal Mail 2nd Class, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

  • Express - (Starts at £3.99) Royal Mail 1st Class, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days.


In the unlikely event you need to return your order, email within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the total of your order, excluding postage costs. You must return your order at your own expense. We will only provide a refund for unopened items in saleable condition. 

We will not provide a refund or replacement if your order fails to arrive due to your mistake, such as entering your address incorrectly.

If your item(s) is faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement of all defective items and postage costs upon receipt of the items.

Please email if you have not received your order within a week of dispatch or if it is damaged.

Payment Information

You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card through a secure payment form (Stripe) or PayPal. PayPal can review payments for a few hours, and we will not receive your order until the payment has been processed. Each order must be paid in full before it is dispatched.


We require a contact email for updates and queries when you pay.
