Processing Time

Most orders will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping

Ship your order with Royal Mail 1st Class (£3.99) or 2nd Class (£3.19).

Refunds and Replacements

Contact us within 14 days of receipt to return your order. 

SHIPPING

Your order must be paid in full before it is dispatched. We will not dispatch your order before your payment has been fully processed. â€‹

Under typical circumstances, orders will be shipped, at the latest, the next business day.​

We only deliver to the mainland UK, excluding channel islands.

We provide two shipping options:

  • Standard - (Starts at £3.19) Royal Mail 2nd Class, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

  • Express - (Starts at £3.99) Royal Mail 1st Class, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

In the unlikely event you need to return your order, email help@chubbycheekshamsterfood.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the total of your order, excluding postage costs. You must return your order at your own expense. We will only provide a refund for unopened items in saleable condition.​ 

We are unlikely to provide a refund or replacement if your order fails to arrive due to your mistake, such as entering your address incorrectly or not being available to accept your delivery. The choice to refund/replace is solely at our discretion.

If your item(s) is faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement of all defective item(s) and postage costs. We may require the item(s) to be returned or photographic proof of damage to be provided. You may only be provided a refund/replacement upon our receipt of the item(s). What we require from you to process a refund/replacement is decided case by case and solely at our discretion.

We rarely miss an item from your order, but if this is the case or there is another problem please contact us upon receipt so we can rectify it.

Please email help@chubbycheekshamsterfood.co.uk if you have not received your order within a week of dispatch or if it is damaged and we will help you.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we process orders quickly. The best way to reach us is via our chat button. You can cancel your order at any time until it has been dispatched.

We will provide a full refund of your order value and shipping cost.

Once you order has been dispatched, we require your order to be returned. You must return the order in compliance with our return policy above to recieve a refund.
